Kerrilee Philp (Founder)
I am a proud Ngiyampaa and Barkindji Woman from far west New South Wales. I am a doting mother to Lijanah and Kingston, and also to my first born – the late Jyelah, from which I’ve drawn my inspiration in establishing ‘Jyelah Mind and Body’.
A graduate of the Health and Wellness Coaching course offered by Cadence Health. In due course I will provide guidance of grief and loss at Jyelah Mind and Body, which is an area I’m extremely passionate about.
But for the moment I’m focusing on sharing with the world the experience and benefits of using handcrafted personal care products, through the creation and sale of my own range of items that are predominantly made from a range of Traditional Aboriginal healing bush medicine like Emu Bush and Kakadu Plum, and a range of various skin healing oils sourced world wide.
I have been making numerous products now for more then four years now and have undergone formal studies in soap making and skincare, in order to ensure quality, safe products are created.
One style of soap that I specialise in, is the Gemstone Soap. These soaps are made to provide an experience of cleansing in the energies of gemstones, whilst at the same time indulging in the luxury of nourishing the skin with some of the finest natural and essential oils available.
Jyelah Mind & Body is well-known for our Jyelah Black Magic Balm and Emu Bush Soap which when used together may help with the treatment of skin ailments such as Eczema, Psoriasis, Dermatitis, burns of all kinds, small open wounds/cuts, dry skin, nappy rash, teething rash and so much more.
